CHUCK A GRIFFITH

Chuck Griffith, was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. After experiencing the loss of his brother to cancer at the age of nineteen, he developed a deep desire to make meaningful and lasting relationships, fueling his passion for helping people develop into the best versions of themselves. He graduated from McNeese State University with a double major in Management and Marketing and an Associate degree in Computer Information Technology. After his undergraduate studies, he moved to Tulsa, OK, where he attended Oral Roberts University for his master's degree.

Tulsa became his permanent home after he lost everything to Hurricane Rita. During this challenging period, he relied on the Salvation Army and Goodwill vouchers, and many amazing opportunities opened up for him. Chuck's journey in the automotive industry began with his senior marketing presentation on Mercedes-Benz, which led to an amazing career with the Cooper Automotive Group.

With nearly two decades of exceptional leadership, Chuck Griffith led his teams to remarkable achievements, including becoming the top certified and leading used volume Mercedes-Benz dealership in the state with a 252% volume increase. He also elevated PRU 233%, all while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional customer satisfaction and employee loyalty. His achievements in excellence were nationally recognized in Mercedes-Benz's "The Inside Track" magazine. Chuck is renowned for his innovative strategies and results-driven approach. His expertise spans multiple leadership roles as Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter Sales Manager, Imports Preowned Operations Manager, Director of Finance, and trainer for the Cooper Automotive Group. His passion for coaching led to creating Octimus Professional Solutions. Chuck has a track record of developing individuals with zero sales experience into sales experts, managers, and top earners. By blending strategic vision with practical execution, Chuck drives significant growth and operational efficiency, building strong, cohesive teams motivated to achieve excellence.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Chuck is dedicated to continuous learning and mentorship, sharing his knowledge with up-and-coming professionals. He enjoys staying updated with the latest industry trends and innovations. Chuck, and his wife Christina , co-founder of Octimus Professional Solutions, have three amazing children. In his free time, Chuck enjoys personal development, snowboarding, reading, and engaging in church and community service.
